They were so helpful and quick to sort the issue I had on my laptop. Very friendly and gave me frequent updates on the situation. Laptop problem fixed very quick!

We have worked with Wriggle for the past few years and have found them to be efficient, reliable and helpful. From purchasing, installing and updating our devices in school. We’ve worked with quite a few personnel but more recently have been working with Alanna and Mitzy. Both were excellent to deal with.

Instructions on the website I found hard to follow. I rang for support over the phone which were super helpful and the step by step was much easier over the phone.

Sachin the assigned agent to our case couldn't be more helpful throughout the process of setting up another device and very patient with all of our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Wriggle support

Wriggle are excellent to deal with, I had an issue with my daughters ipad needing repair and set up, Taufeeq delt with me in a very helpful and professional manner, and always replied to my e-mails straight away and I would highly recommend him and their service.

Our school has used Wriggle Learning for a few years. We have found them great to deal with. Their support after sales has been excellent. Any issue we have had afterwards has been dealt with promptly.

This is my second experience with Wriggle, considering my previous disappointment over 2 years ago. I cannot deny that this time around I was very impressed by how efficient and responsive the team are. I personally dealt with 2 excellent staff (Nixon and Jonas) I hope I haven’t misspelled their names. I genuinely think this is a different team from the previous one but they definitely more friendly, professional and respectful.. they simply know what they’re doing.
