I bought this as a gift for my son
Ordered the incorrect size (I ordered the size I was told 😝). Another sweatshirt, from another company in the same size was a perfect fit.
My son has been in touch with the company, and they were very helpful, they have given him a code to exchange the item.
I don’t know if postage will be included on the new item, and the return.
But the message that he got back from them was very helpful.
