Avoid this company like the Plague
Avoid this company like the Plague, 3 visits to fix a SMEG fridge and over £820.00 spent on electrical parts the Engineer needed changing when I asked is the compressor okay . On the Final visit he said the compressor needs changing and this company has now said its beyond economic repair when the compressor can be replaced......

Such a frustrating company with…
Such a frustrating company with inefficient processes that doesn’t care about its customers or repair staff at all. Was forced to use them as third party through Currys care and repair for tumble drier.
- first told me they need to order parts before scheduling an appointment, once engineer arrived for appointment, it ended swiftly because he came to just check what part needs ordering. Rescheduled for a week and a half later.
- when repair guy returned with part, said he was sent the wrong one so have to reorder and another week delay
- appointment slot text indicated PM 12-8 appointment, engineer showed up at 10:30am.
- never before did curry’s engineers charge for parking and now this third party insist on customer providing parking and paying for it. If not, appointment is cancelled and rescheduling fee is charged. It’s not even in my control whether a pay and display bay will be available!
Will not be buying curry’s care and repair plan anymore either for my appliances as don’t ever want to have to use WeRepair again!
To WeRepair’s reply: I booked the repair under a different email so it’s not showing up in your systems

Terrible Customer service / Support avoid
Customer service is total rubbish, they do not communicate, and I am still waiting for my appliance to be fixed. I would give them a zero if I could.
I am writing this 25-08-2025. I first contacted them in May 2025 regarding a Hisense faulty fridge that I bought from Argos, the engineer still has not attended, and the fridge is still faulty.
Suffice to say I am very unhappy! This overall has been the worst customer support I have ever had the misfortune to experience.
Actually, there is parking at my address, your engineer did not bother checking. How did other engineers and delivery guys manage it?
Your company is only one who found it challenging. If you found that difficult god knows how your engineer would have fixed the fault with my fridge freezer.
He left me waiting all day with no explanation, when he said he was on the way.
I am glad your company is not dealing with it! Lucky escape for me.
