I will be moving all of my sites from hostinger to this much better host.

I have created and managed many websites using many hosts, including as a WPX client for 5+ years. They are are miles about any other hosting company. Their hosting is fast and secure. Their support isn't just fast - it's instant. Their support team is highly knowledgeable and helpful. Moving to WXP earlier would have saved me tons of frustration. Now, I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them as the #1 choice without hesitation.

The email setup was bizarre.

I got into a dispute with Stefan about my services, and instead of helping me fix my problem, he lost his temper and shut off my websites before I could back them up! One of the most unprofessional people I have met in a long time.

I told his staff I needed a backup, and they said Stefan had left for the day, intentionally leaving me in the dark with websites and emails. WOW.

If Stephan said this didn't happen, I have the emails, screenshots to prove he is a liar.

I've been frustrated over the years with web hosts that started off good and then just fell apart because support was lacking. I hate asked for support and a) not getting much, b) being told it's not their problem, and/or c) being made to feel dumb.

The WPX team is about as good as it gets. They go so far above and beyond with the level of service they provide, it's a real eye opener when compared with other vendors (in any industry).
