While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Love the product..

Love the product... this product is not for everyone as you see by the negative reviews. Mostly from People that only know how to install plugins and themes and slapping it together and are surprised that things dont work as expected.

I build my own plugins and themes for different projects to build an service and have close to 0 issues.

Still sure there are challenges and support is one of them. But this also has to do i think with aboves usergroup.

V2 is terrible and full of bugs

V2 is terrible and full of bugs, and after reaching their support, I decided to not to rely on such plugin. Their support will send you in circles by asking you to check the logs, disable plugins, etc. and at the end, the problems are never solved. You will eventually give up and drop it.

Big disappointment

Big disappointment. Version 2 s full of bugs, It's almost unbelieveable that they worked on it for years. Support tickets take sometimes 1-2 weeks to answer. An absolute disaster.

Pathetic support

Pathetic support. Don't waste your time, just go manual. Bugs & Bugs nothing else. They don't even bother to reply.

Tons of problems with this platform. Find a different WAAS or just invoice manually.

Tons of problems with this platform. TL;DR I do not recommend this platform due to the sheer amount of bugs and missed deadlines that they set for themselves.

Long version:
The first version never really worked correctly. Version 2 has been an absolute garbage experience. They tell me the developers have been "working night and day," but they haven't address a support ticket I put into the roadmap site for version 2 in a month. They released version 2 without many of the add-ons being ready, such as domain reseller. Currently, the only way to offer domains is to either stick with version 1, which flat out does not work, or use something like Zapier with some webhooks to make it compatible. It's still advertising domain reselling as part of its platform.

The Stripe webhook currently does not work. Right now, it's still running payments, but it hasn't shown any clients an invoice since February. Deleting the webhooks and re-adding them does nothing.

They've changed the forms of communicating with them about 4 times now. It started with a Facebook group. It moved to slack. Then it moved to a "community" on their website. Then to the roadmap site. They don't allow complaints in the community at all, so it's a lot of bias and praise due to deleting posts. To be quite honest, I've seen men rant in there, but I am a woman, and they deleted my post. Sexist, perhaps? Hard to say. Feels that way.

They promise release dates for new versions and don't follow through. It took them years to release version 2. They'll promise major releases on specific dates, and more often than not, they don't meet their own deadline. They don't send out emails to announce major updates. They promised daily updates on the roadmap site, and that quickly dropped off. They currently haven't posted a single update since May 6th (It's May 25, 2022, at the time of posting this).

You can't edit a site's data usage limit as I discovered today. It will just plug in a total random number. Now, this could be because there is already content on the site I was trying to edit, but I've been able to do it in the past.

The most basic functionality of the site, the sign up process, doesn't work at all. It always gets stuck somewhere. More often than not, it gets stuck when you're trying to select a plan. It'll refresh and not go further. I've tried this in a sandbox where I disabled every other plugin in the network, and the problem persists.

Their support is terrible. If you send an email, they likely won't answer. The roadmap site is a little more public so they're better at responding there, but like I mentioned earlier, I've been waiting for them to address a ticket I put in on the roadmap site a month ago and they never got back to me.

Go forward at your own risk, but I'd recommend looking into other WAAS options or even multitenancy.
