Must have if you’ve got a Wordpress site
If you’ve got a Wordpress site this plugin is a must have. The free version is good, but you get so many features with the paid for version. The plugin is very user friendly, and also very customisable if you want to make your forms do niche things. The documentation is very good. The support team are excellent - they respond quickly, are in my experience have always been to happy to help with custom snippets to achieve specific functionality. Definitely worth the money.

Potential scam
First of all, WPforms price looks heavily discounted with a limited time period but on a quick search, this is their normal price. This is known as a ‘discount countdown scam’ – scaring people to buy it now.
This raises the question if the software itself is truthful, i.e 0 emails but 9 entries which you cant view unless you pay for it. If using SMTP, you can send a test email and check the SMTP log outside of WPForms which shows just 1 entry, yet the WPforms software shows 9 entries still.
It’s got all the hallmarks of a scam. Buyer beware and pay on a credit card so you can chargeback. I do not trust the discount, i do not trust the software thus i do no trust the money back guarantee.

We offer new users an introductory discount so they can experience the full capabilities of WPForms at a lower price for a whole year. It's definitely not a scam—just our way of providing great value to new customers.
Entries Number Mismatch:
I understand the confusion about form submission entries. We send a weekly summary email showing the total number of submissions, and we mention that entries aren’t stored on your site if you're using the Lite version. This info is also displayed on the Entries page of the Lite plugin, where you can enable Lite Connect if you wish. You can see the screenshot (https://a.supportally.com/BLIA8E) for reference.
Additionally, even with the Lite version, you can still access your form submissions through form notification emails. You can set up these notifications to receive the entries directly. Here’s a handy tutorial on how to do this: https://wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/
Trust and Chargeback Concerns:
We clearly state our 14-day refund policy on our website, and we stick to it. We even make exceptions sometimes and offer refunds beyond that period, depending on the situation. We always put our customers first and aim for your success.
Customers' trust means everything to us, and we strive for complete transparency and satisfaction. We’re definitely not looking to mislead anyone.

The reason I write this today is due to the quality of the support team. They respond relatively quickly, usually within a few hours, and their assistance is detailed and practical, especially for advanced customisations.
