Don't waste your time and money
I'm a previous customer of WPDriven's. In the beginning, I was satisfied with my website (2022). But after I renewed in early 2023 with them, my website became unfunctional. Completely reset and no matter how many times I tried to contact them, I couldn't. Finally, they contacted me early 2024 (speedy, right?) for my renewal. When I explained what was going on, they basically said it was my fault and that in order to fix it, I had 2 options. 1, pay $700 for them to fix anything or 2, pay $300 to transfer my site to someone else. I chose option 2. They completely tricked me and transferred over my old (not in use) website domain. After I got my money back, they had 2 of their employees leave bad reviews on my business' Facebook page, pretending to be customers of mine. I do not recommend them. Not to mention the hours I spent on the phone arguing with them. And them screening my phone calls. Please don't put your money at risk and go to someone else.

When you renewed your subscription we had a call where you mentioned that your boyfriend messed up the website you need help. We helped and fixed it all up (No charges)
Then again, 1 month later you asked us to fix up your new branding and we did that (No charges)
And then you got back to us in the beginning of 2024 and said your website is broken again, and thats when your hosting was expiring as well.
And if we simply informed you that if you want us to redo the website, thats going to cost you. Yoi declined and then cameback after a month asking to tranfer the website to a new host.
We sent you the files even offered to help you move the website but there'll be a fee. You agreed we moved forward and then suddenly you said i didn't ask for that and then we recieved your refund request. Which was fulfilled after exactly 48 hours. You have the money, we even sent you the website files and we lost those hours spent creating and moving your website.
We wish you very best the business you run and how you run. I hope people don't get the same treatment that you offer to others.
