this is by far the best service to get themes, plugging and templates

I purchased a one-month subscription for 15 euros because the website clearly states that everything is legal, and that the themes and plugins are clean, original, properly licensed, and include automatic updates.

After purchasing, I downloaded the JNews theme, but I discovered that it was a version from about one and a half years ago. When I tried to update it, the update did not work. Later, I realized that the theme appeared to be a cracked version, similar to those found for free on other websites, and not an original licensed version as advertised.

I contacted support to ask for clarification, but initially no one responded. After 24 hours, they told me that no newer version was available. I then requested a refund, but I received no response. They read the WhatsApp messages but do not reply.

I even proposed a compromise: they could keep 5 euros and refund me 10 euros, but again I received no response.

Based on my personal experience, I consider this website unreliable and I do not recommend it.
Update after WP Premium’s response – 07/03/2026

I am not talking only about the WordPress theme JNews. Other plugins downloaded from your website also do not have automatic updates, even though your website clearly states that the products include updates.

After several checks and after contacting developers of the original products, I was informed that the files provided are not official licensed versions and therefore do not allow normal updates. This creates serious risks for the security and stability of my website.

I requested a refund on the first day after the purchase, but until today I have not received any refund or clear response. On WhatsApp the messages are read but there is no reply.

The response posted by WP Premium does not address the main issue: the products provided do not match what is advertised on the website.

If I do not receive a proper solution or refund, I will consider opening a dispute through my payment provider and reporting the situation to consumer protection platforms.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

The customer support is fantastic — responsive, friendly, and always helpful. The plugins are constantly updated, and even if one isn’t, all it takes is a quick request and you’ll receive the latest version within minutes.
Great selection of themes and additional services as well. Highly recommended!

I started by purchasing themes and plugins from WP Premium and later bought digital subscriptions. It’s a very trustworthy company. The service is excellent, and the customer service was also amazing.

WP-Premium provides trustworthy profession service for WordPress users, which i could not believe without seeing them directly. And I prefer everyone to take their themes, plugins and templates. It,s actually unbelievable.
