Hi guys after trying another company I realised Wownowsmile were pretty good at getting them as perfect as I needed. Yes customer service isn't great and I did have issues with contact after ordering replacements but I still rate them. I would order again if they would respond to my emails.

If I could give 0 stars I certainly would. Been waiting 8 weeks for my veneers, one response to an email with a feeble excuse about a problem with their supplier abroad and I would have them within the week. Low and behold 4 weeks later no veneers and no response to emails. Just taken my money and completely ignored me. Fantastic customer service guys, well done. Avoid at all costs, there must be better suppliers out there.

Disappointed I have ordered from this company many times in the last few years but this time trying to get my replacements has been ridiculous! No reply on any social media’s I have tried to contact them on! Email Facebook Instagram and there web page! Communication is NIL! And I’ve been trying for weeks. Spent £80 on replacements I expected to get 2 weeks later yet it’s now been 5 weeks. What a joke

Don't ever use this product or service. I've been trying to contact them for over a month now. Not responding to anything and anywhere. The product feels cheap and they promise a lot. 30 days money back guarantee if it doesn't work but don't get fooled by it.

Got my veneers, and they are perfect. The process was quick and I was kept updated throughout the whole process.
I love my new smile.

Firstly, thank you for blocking me on Instagram guys. All I asked was are the impressions okay. This was the ‘free’ pair I was promised after being messed around for nearly 4 months. I’ve only worn my veneers twice for work events & the left side is really loose. Also they don’t even come up 3/4 of the way on a few of my teeth! You stated that you provided a free adjustments service if they didn’t fit properly, but how can I get in touch with you if you’ve blocked me? I’m disgusted, you messed me around for all that time then promised you’d rectify the problem. And all you’ve done is waste more of my time and money. And I can see you have done it to so many other people. You can hide behind your Instagram and Facebook blocking everyone, your products are bad quality I wish I read up about you before I ordered.
