Don't believe the 5 stars
This wig was truly disappointing. The color of the wig on the advertised picture is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, you never know what color quality you will end up getting in the mail when you order this unit. I've ordered this wig twice and the first time it came, the color was so streaky and ORANGE. I remember looking at it and thinking, "This CAN'T be the same wig that I ordered." And to make matters worse, I ordered a 24" and clearly got a 16-18" at best. Of course, I contacted the company and they gave me the worst customer service ever. Run around after run around. The address they gave me was undeliverable for return. When I let them know, all I got was "Dear, this is the correct address." or "Dear, your wig is 24" when it is stretched out," as if I'm an idiot. The moment I see "dear" in the emails, I already know that the person on the other end could care less because their clientele is mainly Black and they just don't feel that true customer service is needed.
The second time that I ordered (by accident because I forgot to list this site as "stay away" in my notes), the color was really nice! I was pleasantly surprised, although it was really yellow and I knew that I would have to tone it. But the real problem, yet again, were regarding my inches. I ordered the 24" and got closer to an 18, 20".
I don't trust this company and I will post this review on every site possible. If I were you I would stay far, far away.
