Great products and customer service
I was genuinely impressed with this company. I emailed them early in the morning to cancel a subscription that had already been charged around 5am, and by 7am they had not only cancelled the order but also the subscription—no hassle at all. Their customer service is honestly outstanding.
The products themselves are great; I just happened to over-purchase this time. I’ll definitely be a returning subscriber in the future. Highly recommend!

Confusing delivery updates
Edit: changed from 1 to 3 stars as my order arrived eventually but what a logistical shambles. Drinks are good though! Good taste, not too sweet. Would order again. Hopefully the logistics will be smoother!

My order hasn’t arrived. I’ve had 3 emails on 3 consecutive days saying it would be delivered that day but when I tracked it, UPS said they didn’t have it yet. So it’s still not arrived. I’ve email Wow about it but had no response.

Both of my children aged 14 and 16 said…
Both of my children aged 14 and 16 said they got headaches after drinking these...not a one off, they drank one a day, a couple of times then refused to drink them due to them association with the product.
