I ordered a Weber Traveler Compact BBQ from this company.
I received an email today from Niall, customer services. Niall informed me that the bbq I ordered, was no longer in production. An upgraded version for 2026 was now available.
Niall said I will be sent this version ASAP at no extra cost and that it would arrive, tomorrow, 25th Feb.
How fantastic is that. Great service. Great company.
Poor communication on order. Had to chase and when finally got a reply was told two completely different “stories” by two colleagues as to where my order was and what they could do to help. Seem disorganised.
