finally, my order has been shipped

It is user friendly. Easy to find what I want.

Item shipped speedily despite the recent influx of orders. Staff must be under a lot of pressure to keep up with the orders. Overall, it was a wonderful experience shopping on Wound Care Shop.

P.S.: PEOPLE SHOULD BE REASONABLE. I don't think Wound Care Shop controls the supply of surgical masks and related items!!!

EDIT: The box appears to be vandalised. This is not Wound Care Shop's fault and instead USPS's, but I'm adding this here to serve as a reminder for all.

Orders fulfilled during difficult time! :)

I have ordered masks and other products on 31 Jan and the payment was already received. But I don't know why there was no further follow up about the delivery and CS has not replied my enquiry. I understand the shortage of masks but CS should at least answer question, and the link still show some kinds of mask are available but not true at all.

Very unhappy with the shopping experience. Ordered placed over a week ago and still has not shipped. Tried calling customer service or email online but no one responded.

Ordered on 30 January 2020 but still not yet shipped. No response/reply is given by far.

why still not shipped? 29/1 checkout order, 6/2 still not shipped

My order was placed on Jan 30 but it has not been shipped as of today Feb 6. When I place order online, goods is available. However, later I was informed there is no stock and there will be substitute. I have send email few times but only received one reply from Cynthia so far. Tried to call but it always divert to voice mail.

Honestly, the experience is very bad. Understood face mask is in shortage but I believe you should let your customer know the status instead of keep waiting all the time!

Never received order confirmation, shipping status.
Called the help desk and everyone gave different answers. Don't feel bad for delay orders and kept using excuse to cover the bad shipping service.

Orders placed and fully paid on Jan 29. Emails and messages ignored. Nothing received. Please refund ASAP if out of stock!!!

I have placed several orders of surgical mask a week before (30/1).
The order status keeps as “order printed”.
I have sent many emails to ask for the update on delivery. No one reply me.
And there was an auto-reply email sent to me on Tuesday (4/2). It said a tracking number of parcels will be given the next day. Until now, there is nothing ! No update on order status, no tracking number, no one reply email.
Can someone tell me what’s going on ?
This is my first time to order items from this company. I thought it was a good company as there were many good reviews.
It disappointed me.
I hope someone can let me know the followup status.

There is no follow up email on the estimated delivery date.

My order has waited for shipment for a long time. Although I have sent many emails, they give no reply at all. Very disappointed! I don’t know why there are still some comment saying they provide speedy delivery!

Can any one tell what’s going on with my order? When can deliver? No news no updates since I placed order for a week.
