I was unsure at first when I received the letter but once I did my research I was very happy to proceed with Worthington Clark services, they were very professional and thorough and made me feel at ease through this process, they helped and guided me step by step to completion. I was both surprised and sceptical when first contacted by Worthington Clark. I must admit that I thought the probability of there being any significant lost assets in my name anywhere, particularly on the other side of the world in Australia, being practically nil. I ignored their letter at first, but kept it out of curiosity. I received a second letter followed by a telephone call. Again I was wary but still intrigued. Their representative explained more about the company and pointed me towards evidence that Worthington Clark was a bona fide entity and that I was not being the subject of some elaborate scam.
I did some homework and checked all the evidence I could find and spoke with the company's chief executive. He was extremely reassuring and told me that I would not be risking anything by engaging Worthington Clark.
I requested the necessary forms from them to proceed, and he assisted me via a video call as I filled them in. I emailed the forms to Worthington Clark not really expecting to hear anything positive.
I was quite amazed when, less than a month later, I received a payment from the proceeds of the sale of the shares they had recovered on my behalf.

The Company Worthington Clark were instrumental in Locating & Recovery of Lost Assets from our Deceased Mother's Estate some 13yrs ago..was quite complexed with legal protocols needed to satisfy Deceased Estate Criteria that had been Closed 13yrs ago - Tax Implications / involving multiple tax returns to ATO - Legal Advice together with Accountancy & with Previous Executor being instrumental in also assisting in winding up this complex Recovery. Yes fees were up there but
50-60% of something is better than 0% of getting nothing. Worthington Clark were upfront all along the way - kept us family members updated as the process was lengthy & took 6 months overall to finalize but we got there.
