The company has some neat ideas and the flye card looks awesome BUT.. customer service is a hassle... it took me over 7 hours of trying to reach them
With no luck! I keep getting invoices for something I cancelled... I finally emailed them today arg!! Such a hassle!! The trips don't include airfare and honestly I've found better deals on redtag.com and selloffvacations.com.., I'm washing my hands of this company! Lesson learned

Love this company and product
I have been a member of Worldventures/Dreamtrips for 4 years and have had the best experiences. I've been on over 20+ vacations using the website and products and it has all been impeccable.
I will continue to promote this company because it definitely gives you the best experience out there.

Avoid this company at all costs. A simple 500$ vacation can easily turn into a 20,000$ nightmare. Never use them!

NIGHTMARE TRIPS
AWARE AND DO A FAVOUR FOR YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY
I have to say the most useless customer care they have, which is clearly essential in a company life.
You can call Uk. or Us. that does not matter, they are rude, and cannot help you in any possible way.
Their booking site is a joke, way overpriced, and even them have no idea about how long is their cancellation policy!! When I signed up I`ve been told 60days, when I wanted to cancel they said its a month, so I asked if it is a month is it 30 or 31, or God forbid 29 ? The cc guy said I assume its 30… no problem here, some ambiguity, can live with that.
So I left a complain, asked for a refund, and for a further appeal!!
Took them about 3 months, they did not call, or email, no information what so ever for about a couple of weeks!!
When I decided to get in touch with them ! I called every week, when finally managed to talk to a decent person who was able to deal with my case, and willing to take my complain further!
I do not have to say that NOTHING has been done with my case so far, although I am at the point where I only wanted my signup fee back and forget about this awful company !!
SO AWARE AND DO A FAVOUR FOR YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS COMPANY !!
