I bought some cleats on May 23rd order no. 0429632142, paid international shipping with fedex and they haven't even sent anything. I called both customers service numbers and the office is closed even during business hours, sent an email and they did reply saying they were going to check the order but nothing yet.

Been a soccer fan all my life. Ordered my first kit here and down to the detail and fast shipping time was great. Ever since my other soccer store closed down, I needed a new place for authentic kits and very happy that this place exist. Will be buying more!!!

Beware of sites selling deep discounted new jerseys as many of the are knock-off counterfeit items. Some from shops that are intentionally designed to look like World Soccer Shop. Upset because of sloppy jersey printing want compensation
I ordered a Chivas jersey and a Raul Jimenez replica Mexico jersey a little over a month ago. They came in faster than expected (I live in Canada) they both fit me pretty good (size L) just I was mad because the number Raul jersey in the front was already peeling off. I think that it should have been pressed better for sure and I sort of lost my excitement from my order when I first got it.David F I purchased this using guest checkout and I threw out the packaging that Mya have had my order number on it but I can say it was ordered are from the start to middle November and I ordered the Raul Jimenez and chivas third jersey both size large I still have the tags on themif you need proof. 2nd Edit: I can’t find the email, I may have deleted it but I can tell ut adress if we can make this private so evryone on this doesn’t see my adress

The whole episode dealing with worldsoccershop looks like scam or deceptive marketing. Order a jersey on the site with a flat rate FedEx shipping to Canada. Few days later got a mail from them, requesting that i pay extra 61 dollar for shipping, not minding 35 dollar was posted on their website for shipping. Anyways asked them to cancel since I initially paid with PayPal and not comfortable sharing my credit card info with them.

I got an email informing me that my order was on backorder, and when I asked to cancel it, it miraculously got shipped! And each time one different person answers your message ignoring all the previous conversation. Acting dishonestly like this, they keep scamming customers. Don't ever shop there.

I was worried over nothing
I made an order on the 15 of November 2023. On the 7th of December, I still haven’t received anything. I check the tracking number and couldn’t get anything with it. From checking the review online, I thought I was never going to see that damn shirt. I then sent «one of those email» to customer service, I told them I wanted my money back… Then about an hour later, I got a reply from them, telling me the shirt was on its way. I went out to check the mailbox and there it was!!

Do not order from them. Its been 3 weeks now and I haven’t received my order. Was told they were processing my order immediately since what I wanted was in stock but i had to contact customer service to ask why it was taking to long to process. The following day they sent me an invalid tracking number that is showing no movement for the last week now. I tried even calling their customer service no-one answers. 3 weeks on, and the FedEx numbers they provided are invalid. Bloody liars - sending 3 different numbers for the same order? Which company would do that?
Refused to refund. Avoid.
All they do in the negative reviews left - is to "contact" them and blame it on a fake website.

Had to give a star in order to review. Ordered an Adidas Messi Youth jersey for my grand son. Was on back order few days later I was emailed the jerseys were back in stock and mine was shipped. Via Fed Ex Easyship. Watched the tracking as day after day ticked past and no progress on the package. On way to Indianapolis every time I checked (I'm in Denver). After 8-9 days, I contacted Soccer World, and was told to give it more time! Yesterday was day 14, so contacted them again, asking for them to trace the parcel,csend me a new shirt, and to send it in a more reliable way, and to charge my card for shipping. Received a cursory reply, sorry this item is no longer in stock. Issuing refund. Sorry for inconvenience. No explanation, no recourse. Because of this I will not shop World Soccer Shop again and I do not recommend it.
