you guys are the worst. it been 1 week i have placed the order and have not received it yet. as the promised delivery date was 20th Feb 2026. the lady who picked up the call was so racist and i tried calling them multiple times every time i get a different response. sometimes they say its out of stock some times they say it would be dispatched by the evening and idk what evening they are talking about.

On January 1, 2026 I ordered Second Nature Super Omega trail mix and some other trail mix. It was a big order close to $150. There website site said it should take 2 days. On January 9, 2026 I had not heard from them and nothing was shipped. I called and they told me they were unable to ship 12 bags but had 9 and could ship right away if I reduced my order. I agreed and they charged my account. Now it’s January 18, 2026 and they sanding me emails that they are back ordered and it will be weeks. Yet they are still taking orders for this product on the site. Don’t trust them. Do not order from them. Buyer beware

Had monthly subscription (order) and often didn't arrive with no contact of why. I waited the entire month, this time, then found another source to obtain what I wanted. I emailed their Customer Service and they said they are no longer carrying that product. Thanks for letting me know. Has been 6 weeks since my last order. Don't do business with them. They don't care about their customers. They should be out of business soon.

I bought products from this website and asked for my invoice, but they invoiced the products to the shipping address instead of the address I specified in the billing details. When I asked for this to be corrected, they said they could not. Then I asked them to create a new invoice for me and they don't even return my emails anymore. Because of their mistake, I can't bring the products I bought into my country, so all the products are completely garbage.

They delayed my Quest order saying I provided the wrong billing address, which I did not. I called their support number, waited on hold, and spoke to their representative, who when asked me to repeat my billing address. I repeated the same billing address I previously entered online, and the representative confirmed that I had repeated the same address they already had, that the address was correct this time, and that they're now shipping the products I ordered a few days ago. Pointless waste of time, made me call them and delayed my order for no reason.
