A beautifully presented aquatic store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I especially loved that they recently transformed their larger display tank into one for fancy goldfish. It is such a fun and distinctive feature, and a great change from the usual tropical-focused setups seen in many other stores. It feels like a bold decision, but one that really pays off by giving hobbyists more choice.
The manager is approachable and supportive, and the grounds themselves are stunning. While some items are on the pricier side, it is clear that this reflects the level of service and overall experience provided.

Bought a water feature back end of last year, all was well until end of Feb and a fault was found with the unit. I contacted World of Water expecting to have a fight on my hands obtaining a replacement. To my utter amazement there was no wriggling, denial of responsibility of attempt to fob me off, a replacement arrived within days! Excellent service.

Missing the Nottingham shop had to order online but delivery was quick

The buying experience was very good. It arrived quickly and when I was told it would. I haven’t tried the skimming net yet but have used the bigger net and it does the job well. I think it’s pretty good for the price but it isn’t quite as sturdy as I was hoping for. It will do the job for now though and I’m glad I bought it. I think I’ll have to use it carefully to make sure it lasts.

A recently purchased pond pump didn’t work and had to be returned.

The advert said it had a external filter ended up with internal filter. Cabinet has length of wood missing top front. Delivery was good. Very helpful driver.
