Delivered quickly and packaged well
Delivered quickly and packaged well. One issue us delivery man. He was late no update to me and I contacted company about it and got nowhere. The stated it could be delivered up until 9pm but time slot 2.15-4.15 it arrived 4.45 no update could not track journey and I explained that my mum is 90 and would not answer the door after 9pm. Having said that if arrived 4.45 and left behind the bin and my mum couldn't get out to pick it up and had to ask passer by to help no knock at the door or rang the bell. Unfortunately it's the type of delivery I expected from yodel. Luckily it arrived ok and in good condition even if some dirt had fell out of the pot.

Poor quality rose bush
I received a rosebush as birthday present and quality speaks volumes, and this was not quality. I received a rosebush in a very battered and torn cardboard box which had been opened at the top. The stem of the plant is nrar the side of the pot not centre, it was also very dry. There was no gift card either.
I really don't know why my sister bought this rose from this site as she lives near David Austin roses where I usually buy my roses from. This certainly felt like an insult not a lovely gift.

The wording of a plaque bought to compliment a rose purchase was supplied with the wrong text. This purchase was for an Anniversary celebration.
There was a lack of attention to detail and a failure to quality check the correctness of the order before dispatch.
