Still haven't got my order
Still haven't got my presents for Hanukkah.
I have tried several times to get in contact with you but can't get through. Very annoying.
I have ordered my items at the 22nd of November and payed three pounds for faster delivery. The items I ordered (and payed for) were gifts and since Hanukkah starts on Tuesday I am frustrated because the order status is still "in fulfillment". I understand that you will not be able to deliver before Tuesday, and the order is already delayed.
Therefore I am expecting a fast answer and hopefully compensation for both the delay and for not getting "the faster delivery" which I payed for.
