1st time doing business with WofCs, indeed 1st time buying footwear online.
Informative website, but even so I had Qs. WofCs very attentive & after a phone call even included an attachment so I could see the answer.
I think I have my clogboots worn in now so feeling confident that they will be very good for standing on rough ground at summer music festivals.

Beware about buying from this company
Beware about buying from this company! I ordered and was charged for Sanita clogs and received the wrong item - I ordered black and received blue/gray clogs instead. I sent multiple photos showing the issue but World of Clogs refused to take responsibility for their error. Their customer service department was completely unhelpful.

As explained by email and as per the leaflet accompanying the clogs, you have ordered a natural full grain leather that has been dyed by natural methods. Unlike plastic-coated finishes, the resulting colour varies. You will not get a true black, although you can apply dyes and polishes of your own choosing.
We are happy to accept the item back for a refund, as we have already explained.
A plastic product would probably be more to your taste.

Well packed and on time for delivery. Quality is better than expected. Due to weather only worn 3 or 4 times but very comfortable. I would buy again.

After having the wrong crocs despatched, I contacted the email. Instant response, easy and very fast exchange. Needless to say they are a winner with our 6 yearl granddaughter. Who doesn't love some pink sparkle in their life. Excellent customer service.
