I ordered an item from World by Shot Glass, and the package arrived torn and the item was not in it. The company was not responsible for this, but they sent me another item, and I appreciate that they went the extra mile for me.

I bought a magnet from this seller on eBay and the courier said it was delivered but it wasn’t so I let the seller know and he was brilliant and sent another one out in the mail the same day and I received in super fast time to the uk on the 22/12/24.
I have been a member on eBay since October 2001 and this seller is as least the joint number one for communication and overall customer service in over 23 years of buying.

Great Support and Service
I ordered two separate shotglass orders, first arrived without any issues, the second was delayed and ultimatley returned by the contractor stating incorrect address. I contacted World By Shotglass and Jon, the manager promptly send a new order and followed up with emails of status. Highly recommend!

I want to thank « World by Shotglass » for listening to my expectations, as well as following up on my order.

There is a big range of shotglasses on the homepage. Placing the order on Internet was easy. By chance I ordered 2 glasses twice. After sending the order I was contacted within 1 hour by WhatsApp and made aware of this. Also later during shipment I had several times contact to receive information. The shipping time was short considering the long distance from US to Germany. The glasses were packed carefully and safe. In summary I can sincerely recommend World by Shotglass.

I ordered a magnet for my fridge. Very fast, it was sent to me to Germany. But then it seemed that it got stuck/lost in the delivery chain. I contacted World By Shotglass and they immediately sent a second magnet. No charge to me although I offered to share the cost. On top a brilliant communication and service!

Top class customer support throughout the purchase..product is neat prints and classy.

Each shot glass from this company is hand wrapped in bubble wrap then the box is wrapped as well. How many other companies will take the time and extra care for shipping out a fragile product? There should be more then a 5 star rating for this company, every employee and management... Hands down WBS is the BEST! This is the way to make America great again BUY FROM AMERICA!

I ordered a shotglass directly from WorldByShotglass.com and three from Amazon.com that were shipped from WorldByShotglass.com. For both orders I was happy with the order, payment, shipping, receipt and happy to know there's a business I can go to for shotglasses from places I travel to that no longer offer them. I received all items in 5-7 days from order date.
NOTE: For a short time in September 2023 Norton Security ERRONEOUSLY flagged this company's website as unsafe. All other security companies rated them as SAFE. Norton has since corrected their problem, so if you ran into this error at one time, don't let it deter you from going back and doing business with the top notch company.

Jon went out of his way, and at his own expense, to be sure it was delivered on that special day. If there were 10 stars, I'd give all of them!
