Account not supported and with no support by app errors

I’ve had my World ID / Proof of Human verified since 2023 (with an Orb) and never had any major issues with the World app before. In fact, the one time I contacted support in the past about redeeming WLD, the experience was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, what happened recently was the complete opposite.

This month, when trying to redeem my WLD, the app started asking for selfie verification again. The first 2–3 attempts failed for no reason, and after that the verification process completely broke: it would only say “move the camera closer” and "stay still" and never continue, no matter what I tried.

I contacted support expecting help, but instead I was stuck with an AI chatbot that kept looping useless responses. Even after explicitly asking for a human agent multiple times, it was almost impossible to get actual support.

While trying to solve the issue myself, I reinstalled the app and restored my backup from Google Drive. The restore itself worked, but then the app suddenly claimed I no longer had the “self-custody package” installed, despite restoring the same verified account successfully.

At that point, I remembered I still had the app installed on another device (a tablet). I opened it there and attempted to redeem the WLD again. Authentication with my World ID and fingerprint worked fine, but immediately after that I received an error saying the redemption was rejected. Then, the Worldcoin mini app disappeared from BOTH devices.

When I finally managed to reach a human support agent, the response was shocking: No assistance, no explanation, just a message saying my account was “no longer supported” with a the Terms & Conditions link and told not to contact support again

That’s it.

For a company that constantly promotes “Proof of Human” and claims to support humanity and digital identity, this kind of treatment feels deeply hypocritical. A verified user since 2023 suddenly lose access, receive zero transparency, and essentially be dismissed without explanation!

Negligence, Unprofessional and Damaged My Car – Avoid This Place at All Costs

Appalling Negligence, Damaged My Car, and Disgusting Attitude – Avoid This Place at All Costs

I took my Mercedes-Benz GLC to Bosch Car Service Talladega Auto Clinic on 15 October 2025 for what should have been a simple routine service. Instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare.

After collecting my car, I discovered a diesel leak — a serious and dangerous oversight that could easily have caused a fire or major engine damage. When I returned to the branch, the manager and mechanic treated me with disinterest and arrogance, as if I was overreacting by expecting a safe, properly serviced vehicle.

Their attempt to “fix” the issue only made things worse. The engine cover was left unsecured, the interior and my garage were covered in diesel, and the front panel beneath the steering wheel was hanging loose. Their workmanship is careless, unprofessional, and dangerous.

To make matters worse, each time I got my car back, it came back with more damage, more excuses, and less accountability. What started as a minor service turned into a complete mess — and now my car, which had no noise or issues going in, came back with screeching sounds it never had before.

When I returned for the third time, I was met with disrespect and attitude from Benny, the manager. Instead of taking responsibility, he became rude and dismissive, and when I tried to escalate the matter — he hung up the phone on me. That level of arrogance and unprofessionalism is beyond belief.

At this stage, I have no confidence in their abilities, integrity, or honesty. My car has been damaged, mishandled, and neglected, and their behaviour shows no care for customer safety or satisfaction.

Bosch should be ashamed to have their name associated with such gross incompetence and appalling service.

If you value your vehicle, your safety, or your peace of mind — stay far away from Bosch Car Service Talladega Auto Clinic. Their negligence, dishonesty, and disrespectful attitude make them a serious risk to your car and your safety.

🚨 World App referral program is misleading and legally questionable – read before you refer anyone

World App referral program is misleading – beware

I invited several verified users through World App. The app clearly advertised €40 per referral. I received only partial payments (e.g. €4.99), even though my invitees verified and claimed WLD — all of which I documented.

After multiple support tickets and a string of evasive, robotic replies, they finally referred me to their T&Cs which allow them to “refuse or modify rewards at their sole discretion.”

This is a clear breach of trust and most likely a violation of EU consumer law, where such one-sided clauses are considered unfair, intransparent, and non-binding.

Their support refused to clarify anything. They closed the case without resolution, and when questioned, they subtly implied I should “consult local legal guidance.”

World App markets a reward program but silently withholds payouts — and hides behind vague legal disclaimers when caught.

I’m now escalating this case publicly and will file with German consumer protection if no transparent resolution is provided.

Be careful before referring anyone — you might be working for free.
