I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with the NOL/Interpark ticketing system.

I already have a registered account and membership, but I was suddenly unable to log in. The system says my email is not registered, even though I have previously purchased tickets with this exact account.

What is even more frustrating is that I cannot reset my password either, because the system does not recognize my email properly. This creates a complete dead end where users cannot access their accounts or create new ones due to ID verification restrictions.

This is especially problematic during time-sensitive ticket sales, where access to your account is crucial.

The platform urgently needs to improve its login and account recovery system. At the moment, it is unreliable and causes unnecessary stress for users.
