I, and friends have been using WOS for quite a few years. The level of service is always the highest possible. Even when there's the odd hiccup WOS bend over backwards to iron things out as quickly as humanly possible. Along with this, they're always available to supply excellent advice, recommendations, and links to guides if you're unsure of your requirements.

Great service from them as always. Ive been using them for years, mainly for buying receivers but this most recent purchase was for a Dish motor and LNB. I might add that their 0.1 LNB was cheaper and better quality than Amazons 0.5 LNB. I posted them a couple of questions as the previous motor failed and i wasnt sure if it was my cabling which they replied the next day. Ordered and order received the next day with DPD tracking so i knew when it was going to arrive.

Angelo called me straight away as i'd ordered online and they didn't have what I ordered but suggested the perfect replacement which didn't cost anything more. delivery was fast and we were back watching our favourite channels. don't know why i waited so long! my cousin also bought a box from them and super fast service.

After many years of solid performance from my TechnoMate TM Nano receiver, I ordered a replacement from W-of-S. A representative messaged me with alternatives to the product I'd ordered, which was out of stock. After some consultation and checking of specs and compatibility, the new unit, which was cheaper then my original order, arrived in good time. After some easy setup, my OpenVIX system was up and running, and playing recordings from my old system.
All in all, solid technology, backed up by great customer service. Thank you, World-of-Satellite!

I bought a Octogon SF8008 V3 Supreme. I ordered on a Thursday it was delivered on Friday 27 hours later !!! You can't ask any better than that AND the postage was free. I needed to contact the after sales department by their ticket system and received a reply within one hour. I am Very Happy with the service from the team at WOS and the receiver is Brilliant. It's 10 out of 10 from me.

I recently had to return my satellite receiver to world of satellite to be checked over by there technician after i had discovered a possible fault i could not fix myself .
After having the unit checked over by them the receiver was returned to me me fully functional as the problem lay elsewhere with my cabling .
Stef and his team where fast and efficient in diagnosing my problem and i was kept fully informed all the way through the process. I have used World of satellite for many years now and that is precisely why because of the first class service they offer .It is hard to find a service that you can trust today i consider especially with electronics for myself i would use no other .Excellent service as usual .Thank You.

Recently purchased a replacement TivuSat box and card for my 87 year old Italian dad. The product was delivered promptly and my dad was able to plug in the box and get it working with no intervention from myself. Well done to WoS for providing an actual plug & play device that worked.
