Bad returns processes- worse customer service
Bad returns processes, I tried both of them (refundid and direct) and I got screwed both times. avoid them as much as you can, it's worth the extra couple of dollars to go elsewhere.
I looked at their reviews on their site. Almost 6000 reviews and almost nothing below 2 stars? I should have looked before. That would have shown me their willingness to lie.

WorkwearHub - Second-hand shoes @ Price of New ones
Purchased a pair of safety shoes online from WorkwearHub and in return received a pair of worn SECOND HAND shoes in a beat-up old box.
Promptly returned them for a refund which (thanks to Refundid) I thankfully received.
Subsequently received a snotty email from WorkwearHub accusing ME of being the one that had worn them! And also threatening to report me to Refundid!
So I am pretty cheesed-off with WorkwearHub.
So buyer beware!
They may be a bit cheaper but do you really want a SECOND HAND pair of shoes?
