I ordered certain pants for work pend over hundred dollars and they took a month to send and they sent the wrong pants. I have to take time to resend pay for their mess up pay restock and hope in a month or two I get the correct ones. I’m just going to trash them and never shop here. People be aware
They had what I needed in stock
They had what I needed in stock. The order was received, and is expected to be shipped out today(within 24 hours of ordering) spoke with customer service to verify my order & make sure the pants were in stock. No one else had the exact pants I needed but they did. The customer service lady said the pants were in stock in their warehouse so those orders go out faster than other orders. Great experience!
Buyer Beware
Waited a month for my order, and was lied to by customer service multiple times saying that it would ship within the next 2 days. Finally got an email saying they couldn't get the item in stock. Why are you selling something you know you don't have? Now trying to get my money back. Avoid at all costs!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Wish I saw all these reviews before TRYING to do business with them. They said they had my item in stock, then AFTER I paid they said it was discontinued and out of stock. They are lying to customers. I will never shop here and will be warning all of my blue-collar friends to not shop here. Unprofessional and useless store.

The Working Persons Store is in over their heads …
The Working Persons Store seams completely baffled by the entire return process. Exchanging a size 9.5 boot for a size 10 has taken more than three weeks now with no end in sight. I’ve told the company that they should get out of the shoe business as they are completely overmatched. We’ll see.

So I bought some boots from these morons and they shipped me boots that looked like they were second hands with scuffs and scratches all over them. Claimed they came from the factory like that so they won’t refund my shipping fees. Stay away from this place, they have garbage return policies and customer service!!!!

Stick to Amazon. Their return policy is garbage. The coveralls were too short and they don't come in a longer size, but because I didn't want an exchange I had to pay for shipping both directions. Never again

Ordered on Dec 2, 2022 and they still haven't shipped my item! There's never any email from them on eorder status either. I contacted them, via the website, and they just sent me a copy of my order! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Swift to process payment, don’t bother to cancel order/notify when the item is not available
Processed payment 8 days ago for an item that they apparently don’t sell anymore. I was not refunded or contacted in any way until I reached out to ask why my order had not been shipped yet. They found out they no longer carry that item while I was chatting with them (how convenient). They don’t actually stock the items they just act as a third party and the vendor ships orders. When the vendor stops making items working person doesn’t bother to take them down from their site. I might receive a refund in a few days but no other resolution. Do yourself a favor and skip the middle man. Otherwise you risk having payment processed for an item that you’ll never receive. I wish I had checked out this company before ordering since this is clearly not a rare issue with this company.

First I must warn everyone, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I ordered a pair of safety boots and a rain/winter jacket from them, all were supposed to be in stock. I received the boots 7 days later and a notice that the jacket is on backorder. I waited 2 weeks and asked about the jacket status, I was told it's on backorder, they could not tell me when it would be sent. I asked to cancel the remainder of my order and issue a refund. They said they would and the refund would take 5-7 days. Its been 13 days still no refund. They now will not respond to emails or calls. As per the BBB they are no longer in business but are still taking orders and peoples money!! There are 36 complaints against this company for fraudulent business practices and yet they still continue to operate only because they do deliver some items to some people. Don't take the chance there are too many reputable companies to deal with!! these "working people" are not!!

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for months now. Called and getting a busy signal. Emailed numerous times and can not get a response on my order. I need to get this canceled since I ordered in October and keep getting emails that they are processing. NOT a very reputable company in my opinion.
Card information stolen since purchasing
ZERO STARS! I ordered boots last week that were not out of stock at the time. $ 300 boots on sale for $220, how exciting?! I then received and email later that day that they’re out of stock and it would be 8-10 weeks until they’re back in stock. I do not have 8-10 weeks to wait! I have since been trying to get ahold of customer service to cancel my order, with no luck. The phone number listed is always busy, the number to text for support does not respond l, email is not responded to and filled the online form out for assistance, all of which got me NO WHERE for a week now. And come to find out yesterday my card information has been stolen and emptied this week.... coincidence? Or a ploy to obtain card information with malicious intent...... hmmmmmmmmmmm
Don't order from them
Don't order from them! I ordered rain wear 10 weeks ago. I have tried emailing, texting, filling out their online farmland now calling. Number comes up as "user busy'. I wanted cancel the order since it is taking forever, but there has been ZERO response after a few weeks of this! It is ridiculous. How do you run a business with ZERO ways to be contacted via your customers?
Overcharged Sales Tax
I know a lot of reviewers take issue with their delayed deliveries, but that was not my problem with workingperson.com. Thus two stars instead of one. I was aggrieved that they charged me 10.4% sales tax rather than my actual rate of 8.4%. I sent them two customer service contacts identifying the difference, referred them to the sales tax calculator on the Washington State Department of Revenue website, being very clear about why I was disputing the sales tax overcharge, left my e-mail and telephone contact information, and what I heard back from them was...... absolutely nothing. No response. Nada. The actual dollar amount difference wasn't going to break the bank, but why should anybody pay more than they are required to pay? I finally gave up on workingperson.com and had my credit card company resolve it. But how bogus is it that I had to engage the credit card company to fix the problem when it was easy enough to have workingperson.com do it internally? I gave them the opportunity, even steered them to the appropriate government website to confirm the sales tax rate, but they instead chose not to respond at all. Just ignoring a customer and treating them as if they are nobody, that is the height of poor service. Shame on workingperson.com for such a complete lack of business acumen. Will I ever do business with them again? Nope. Will I recommend them to others? Nope. When customer service is that shallow, in fact that negative, there is absolutely no incentive or desire to do business with them in the future.

Ordered boots from working persons in September, didn't hear anything from them for a couple weeks so I contacted customer service and they took 10% off and told me I should receive my order in 2 to 3 more weeks.. Okay fine. Well, another 8 weeks later I contacted them again and they told me it'll be 2 to 3 more weeks and they couldn't discount me any more. I cancelled my order with them and ordered from state line tack and not only did I receive my boots in less than a week but I got them for $30 less than working persons. Not happy with the service and they don't care enough to keep your business. The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to leave a review.
