The Updates/commenting system is just rubbish. Why can't we simply see the most recent comment/update at the top of every Project? Why do we have to scroll down through the conversations to GUESS where the latest updates are?

Terrible product & definitely not enterprise ready
Terrible product , incredibly hard to use.
has an abundance of bugs.
Task/Issue cards will disappear at random.
Kanban boards are the worst in industry , free products are much much better.
Horrible software
Horrible software, I have never used software as bad as Workfront. This is a multi million dollar company with so many issues. I had to find this site just to leave this review. Its been frustrating using this software, it fricken blows. Customer support sucks too, they follow up with an email that doesnt have any details on what they are following up on. So if you have multiple issues (yea no kidding, horrible software, so yes I have multiple issues), you are dealing with abysmal customer support.

Workfront has been a game-changer for our company. By utilizing the system I have a full picture of what is happening in our organization. I am a firm believer that I must understand the work before I can manage the work. By utilizing templates, workflows and request ques I can understand the full scope of what is happening. From this viewpoint, I can easily assign and asses resourcing needs. The reporting engine allows me to customize reports quickly and easily.

Workfront is an incredibly dynamic tool that can be truly customized based on your organization's needs. It's not without its flaws, however the incredible service from their Support and Engineering teams are exceptional.
In addition to their exceptional customer service, Workfront has done a wonderful job building an entire community for their clients to share information, tips, and best practices with each other. I am always impressed to see how much interaction there is, not only between Workfront users, but also the input from Workfront staff who actively join in on the conversations to offer insight or advice.
Workfront is a wonderful, dynamic, and very complex system that allows you to tackle your work processes in a variety of ways. The amount of options available can certainly be overwhelming, but Workfront staff will bend over backwards to help you understand and make the most of your implementation and ongoing system improvements.

I am working with Workfront since 2017 till now. My expectation is learning with this team.
If you have the resources to dedicate to it, it could be really good.
The system is pretty complex and if you don't have someone dedicated within your company to manage it, then it will fall by the wayside. But using it from a user perspective is pretty intuitive if you are fairly tech savvy. Some of the older folks have a difficult time using the system. It seems to be set up better as a ticketing system for troubleshooting/technology issues. We use it for creative projects and it seems a bit limiting in that regard. The proofing could be better for more interactive prototyping. Overall, the system works for what we need to at a surface level, we just do not have the dedicated resources to use it properly, therefore we do not feel like the expense is worth it for what we are getting out of it.
Workfront Now
Workfront is a very robust yet also fairly flexible, customizable system. As with any platform, system or tool, there are always things users would like to change about it so it is ever evolving.
We have two departments using Workfront thus far. Our IT department currently is using it primarily to manage its projects and provide hi-level reports up to executive teams via custom dashboards. Marketing & Creative are using Workfront for request intake, project management, collaboration including reviews & approvals, scheduling and assignments, and operational reporting (sans finance for now). Would like to see us use the Workfront abilities for planning: strategy, portfolio goals and scorecard, and resource planning - hopefully the latter this year and the former possibly next year.
Interactions with Workfront have been fantastic from Sales through Support. They are typically very responsive, kind and friendly, and most-importantly they tend to be solution oriented. Its also nice to work with a service provider whose employees are as excited about their product as the users are.

Love the reporting and dashboards in Workfront. The ability to develop standardized project templates offer a level of ease for team members knowing what needs to be done and when.
Customers now have the ability to see the status of projects and don't need to send emails or make additional phone calls.

Workfront is an incredibly robust work management tool that can fit the business requirements for all sizes of teams and organizations. Workfront's implementation team will provide the perfect amount of support you need to implement successfully.
LESS CLICKS
Ease of use, customizable user interface and high customizability is what really sets Workfront apart from my previous platform. The common feedback from everyone I deme Workfront to is "Less clicks!" Considering a person's work day, administrative work should not be a large portion of the time. Workfront consolidates many things into a one-stop shop for increasing efficiency.

New Workfront Geeks
We purchased this tool at just about the same time our team was fed up with the current process we had for project management (excel spreadsheets). Users were able to adopt the product rather quickly and we have been tweaking the use of our instance since we launched. Overall, we have had a very smooth transition, just a couple of system bugs or workarounds we have experienced.

Great project management. Needs to complete the proofing integration. UX has a lot of issues, too developer driven. Needs to have more customer feedback and focus groups.
Workfront Community
Questions about ProofHQ 'guest' proofers and copying previous projects with these guests. LEAP App works great - was happy to know it was ready to use. I was able to find a breakfast for Admins that I would not have been aware of if I hadn't joined the community. Excited for LEAP 2019.

Second to none for functionality, scalability and support
I had implemented four work management solutions prior to Workfront. Where Workfront stood out at at first glance was robust functionality, flexibility and scalability. As our use evolved, from a single department implementation to cross-organization implementation with multi-platform integration, the level of support and accessibility from the Workfront team and the Workfront user community is not something I've seen anywhere else.
This level of support and events like LEAP and local user group meetings play a huge role in the ongoing evolution of our WF instance so that it is a 'living' thing that matches the evolution of our organization.
