There is no support for free account... I need help and I can't find any email contact.

After waiting for their approval for over 2 weeks, I got a long email beating me up how I am not prepared for freelancing etc etc., but, offering their 'training' and 'possible' re-review/approval of the account if pay them the express approval fee.

They approved my request but passes a lot of time without any real job, only receive fake requests from scammers

after days and weeks of waiting for my profile to be approved, they just said, we didn´t approved it because there are a lot of profiles everyday. If that really was the case, why are there thousands of jobs nontaken in their website....the real reason they didn´t want to approved it is because I didn´t pay the 30 day approval cost of 200 pesos. Its a fraud this page

I have to say that it left me with a very bad experience as a freelancer, they had given me my first project with a company that offered $3000 dollars to translate a 128-sheet article for a COVID advertisement, okay everything is fine at first I did my job well and delivered the project, at the time of payment I received nothing instead they were asking me to pay $100 dollars as a requirement to get pay faster and the money was refundable fool me I fall for it because HR I think was HR they told me my salary were not going through and that way delaying the process to be transfer so I pay for it after that the verification went through but then they send me another email saying that the payment was not processed and delayed so the was asking to pay 400 dollars to activate a code to get my money for the project I got so mad and I kept insisting to get me my money because those 100 dollars were the only money I had on my pocket and I felt so disappointed because I spent a lot time working on that project and it was the first and Smart depth(the company is not real) that’s the name of the company never pay me, workana need to be more concern about those kind of companies who offered projects of that level because can turn to be scam and us freelancers we have to be more careful not falling on those scams.

Be aware, the website is NOT user friendly, you cannot cancel hours when the developer does not work.

You will find every move very difficult and stressing. Four developers that I contected none of them worth the time.

So hard to set up, after a full moth of trying to get an account, back and forth and still gettings the same answer. Must have lazy people working there to say the least 🤬

Especially, they do not fairly carry out the arbitration process. As a freelancer, I put my project into dispute, because the client extended the project and asked for something else which was not a deal at the beginning. Although these were all explained to the platform, they ignored them and made a decision in favor of the client. Therefore, it is not a reliable platform when it comes to arbitration in a view of freelancers.

It is an excellent platform that I highly recommend. They make you feel part of a team. Always ready to help you. Recently, I contacted Workana's support team and was very impressed by their service. Not only did they respond quickly to my query, but they also provided a comprehensive and helpful solution to my problem. Their support was fast and highly effective.
