Both the book and Hepworth calendar were exactly as described, so great review for those.
The Star Wars calendar was NOT what I wanted. It was a 'Dark Matter ' version, not classic and deluxe, as was in the description. This scary collection of pictures is not suitable for everyone.

Wordery always delivers good service and quality

The book was slightly damaged when arrived. For a 40€ collection type of edition it really is a shame. You should do a better job packaging or storing the books.

As with previous orders my overall experience is positive. Dispatch was quick, delivery was fast and the book was new and well wrapped.
However, I'm not giving five stars because this order is at least the second this year for which I noticed it was flown all the way to New Zealand before being flown back to Europe.

The website is easy to use. Products arrive quickly and on schedule. Having the postage included in the price is a big advantage. I have had things sent abroad via Wordery and it has always been successful. Communication from the company is also very good.

Everything went smoothly, from paying by Pay Pal to delivery through the letter box. I was concerned that the book may get damaged as previously the bubble wrap wasn't effective. I am pleased to report that this book was in a cardboard custom made protective cover. So even when it dropped through the letter box it didn't affect the book inside. I also have received a prompt and positive response to an email regarding a previous order. I know if anything goes wrong, that Wordery corrects it.

Excellent all round they do take a bit to dispatch but the product is good and packaged well.
