No product, no response, no money back
I have ordered something for my business, and there have been no update, no product, no response to any emails. At this point, I only want to cancel the order and get my money back but don't seem to be getting any progress with that.

Really slow. If it says 6 days for delivery, count on 30.

First delivery was not in the self pickup box despite DPD sending me a code. They resent the delivery but failed to send me the code to open the box. They finally cancelled and sent me a voucher. Placed the order again but after more than 2 weeks the order is still not shipped and nobody responding after 6 emails sent. Also their phone number isn't working so the only contact option is email.This seems like an outright scam, stay away unless you're happy to waste time and nerves!

Very fast responses from Ross and had a great overall experience! Ordered jackets for our company and they came really fast and were exactly what we were looking for!
