I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order, after two months. I have emailed three times to Wordans but they have not found my package yet. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, après deux mois. J'ai envoyé trois courriels à Wordans, mais ils n'ont pas encore trouvé mon colis.

Not satisfied with your SAS
Hi,
I am absolutely disappointed of your service after sale for the following reasons:
1) Repayment not possible must buy again
2) Must pay for return object
3) I had to wait 6 weeks to get 20.04 euros back as I had bought the item twice because of size
The other sites make sure to give all the convenience to their customers in order to keep them happy
Your products on the contrary are of good quality but in order to keep a customer you must change your policy of return and improve your service after sales
