I find it misleading that this company promotes itself with claims like “Best Customer Service” and “Fast, Free, and Reliable Shipping,” while consistently failing to meet those promises. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but this is now the second time my order has been delayed for over two weeks – and even worse, this time the package still hasn’t been shipped at all. That completely undermines any trust in the service.
What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency – there is no indication of when the package might arrive, making it impossible to plan anything around it. In my case, this delay caused an entire project to fall through.
As for customer service, it’s practically nonexistent. There are no valid phone numbers to call, and emails go unanswered. This does not reflect the standards of “best customer service” as advertised. Sadly, due to these repeated and unresolved issues, I won’t be ordering from this company again.

I don't know what happened, but my two packages are still not shipped, even though I received an email confirmation that I paid. I contacted them after 2 days (since the shipping time is 24 hours) and from Wednesday to Friday, there was no response. On Friday at 4 pm, I received a message asking what exactly my issue was. I replied immediately, and since then, there has been silence. In Monday also I wrote message email. But Monday almost has passed, and still no response or any form of communication... I've ordered before without any problems. Now, two important packages for me have not been shipped almost a week after ordering and paying... I am very upset and disappointed with this situation. Becouse I have also client and I also have to meet deadlines with orders, and now everything is just on hold because I haven't received the packages.
