I ordered a keyboard that my son wanted for Christmas, knowing it was backordered which was fine. I set up my billing and shipping addresses and waited for notification that it was being sent. I received an email today that before they will fulfill the order for shipment I need to go in and confirm my addresses that I had just entered a few days ago. Apparently the only way to do so is to create an account and join their Discord. I'm a parent, with no interest in signing up to a server just so I can check on my one time order. I went to their webpage to look for a customer service number to call and bypass this BS. However, they have no number listed nor an email address nor a chat option.
It is absolutely ludicrous that they have no problem taking my money and my order without an account but if I want to do anything with my order I have to create an account.
I can't be the only parent who has no interest in Discord or joining just to check on an order. This is the least customer service oriented company I have ever dealt with, and I used to have Xfinity.
I hope that when my son does eventually get his keyboard it was worth the money as I won't be ordering anything else from them in the future.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a keyboard but once the keyboard arrived I asked to return it and get a refund. I did exactly what they asked me to do immediately. The website stated that I should receive my refund in 7 business days. They received the keyboard on December 3rd and now they are telling me it’s going to take at least 14 business days to get my money back. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t even open the box. The way the emails were written have no sympathy or saying thank you for your patience. Nope they don’t care. Well, don’t worry about it. I’m done with Wooting.

Bought a Wooting TWO HE in 2023, still going strong no issues, survived spilling water on it with zero issues. Software is actually useful rather than the modern standard of barely functional, new software features still get rolled out to older devices like mine. First time I've spent extra to get something higher end and not been disappointed, actually worth the price.
Two years into owning it I thought some of the keys were finally dying, would double type occasionally etc, nope turns out it was a desk magnet lol. Still no issues, truly unique in the era of planned obsolescence.
ordered a wooting uwu. ive had it for a few weeks now using it for geometry dash and osu! and it does the job good enough, though i cant really compare to any other keypads as this is the only one ive ever used
the ordering process was straightforward, the price is a wee bit high but fine given that it comes with extra switches, and the drivers (wootility) work as they should. shipping took ages but thats to be expected given it had to be shipped overseas to me.

I have not used any other keyboards that just constantly misses inputs. Adjusting the press amount in the utility doesnt make a difference. THE MOST FRUSTRATING KEYBOARD IVE USED!

Received my Wooting HE80 today. If one sentence could sum it up.
“Makes a Razer Black Widow TKL sound, perform and feel like a TEMU product”
Absolutely amazing kit.
Really good products ordered from UK, recently shipping and delivery have become much faster (yes a little pricey but honestly I’m satisfied with the quality).

English:
Wooting keyboards are of very high quality – I have no complaints about the product itself.
However, I find the ordering and shipping process problematic and quite unfriendly to customers.
On the website, a keyboard is shown as in stock, which gives the impression that the item is ready for immediate shipment. While it does mention that shipping may take 2–14 days, this note is placed rather inconspicuously, which can easily create a misleading impression about the actual delivery time.
In the order history, the exact purchase date is not displayed – only the month and year. This makes it harder for customers to keep track of when the order was placed and can create the impression that the purchase was more recent than it really was.
I find the shipping information especially critical. On Wooting’s site, the status “Shipped to you” appears, which suggests that the package is already on its way. However, when checking the tracking details from the shipping provider, it often turns out that the package hasn’t even been handed over yet. This feels misleading.
Considering the high prices of Wooting keyboards, I expect transparency and fast shipping – not obscured information. The complaints one reads in forums and reviews about Wooting’s shipping process are, in my experience, 100% accurate.
For comparison: I ordered a competing product from China for my girlfriend. It was significantly cheaper, at least equal in quality (some even say better), and the shipping was much faster and less expensive than Wooting’s. This clearly shows that Wooting needs to improve in order to remain competitive.
Customer support also needs serious improvement. I had to wait five days for a response to a support ticket. For a premium-priced product, this is simply unacceptable. It almost feels like tickets are printed out and only then processed. Wooting urgently needs to hire more staff to ensure quicker and more customer-friendly support.
Unless Wooting addresses these issues, I fear the company will soon be overtaken by competitors.
Given the premium price of Wooting keyboards, customers deserve full transparency – not concealment and misleading information.
Whether I can recommend Wooting at this point is very questionable.
For a genuine review, a real order number should always be included: EU353825H – Wooting Two HE.
ITS Hard but you need this.

Nothing else to say but the best keyboard manufacturer out there :)
They keyboard was okay but broke within 6 months of light use. It feels like support is doing everything in their power to not honor their warranty. They have taken a week to respond to some messages and want me to open up my board when i have no tools. I buy a keyboard almost every year and will never be purchasing another wooting due to their customer service. I wouldn't even have been mad if they asked me to send it in and said oh this damage here isn't covered by the terms of the 2 year warranty but they are so slow. You are paying a premium price for a mid quality product with premium features for gaming and horrible customer support. I totally understand that if I just didnt get a bad product I would probably be giving the wooting a 4/5 but the customer service experience is awful.
Update: It has been more than 20 days since they said they would send something for me so i could fix my keyboard myself. (which in itself is ridiculous)d I have still yet to receive anything. I went out and bought a logitech rapid keyboard...

Very good keyboard however is very expensive if you want to customize and mod it. however, i dont regret buying it. DPD international was also fast delivery to the united kingdom
Been using the 60HE for a little over two years now and it is still holding up like a charm. Though the keyboard is more on the expensive side compared to others, the price is reasonable for how durable and well built the keyboard is. The customizations and features with Wootility App help alot to configure and customize to whatever likings I feel for any applications I use, which many keyboards on the market simply can't compete with. Though I have slowly been outgrowing the 60HE and looking at upgrading to the 80HE down the road mainly for a more "fuller keyboard", the 60HE is still gracefully serving its purpose and doesn't see retirement anytime soon and I know for sure Wooting won't let me down when the time comes and I order another keyboard from them.
What a sound? no other keyboard has ever sounded like your product. The USB type C connector is starting to break, it looks cheap, not worth that much money...

What I don't like about Wooting is that if you put your order on hold and you have items that are on backorder or low on stock, they will ship your products to someone else, and then you have to wait again. So I think it is unfair because I have been waiting a long time for my parts to be manufactured, and it is just unfortunate that I have to go on holiday when they would have been shipped, so I have had to postpone it, and now I have to wait again since they shipped the parts that I have been waiting for to someone else. Also, yes, they are the first to make such keyboards, but now there are a lot of other much cheaper options with just as good keyboards and software as Wooting.

I recently got the 80HE, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. Below ill list some pros and cons of the keyboard, and the software that Wooting provides.
Pros:
- The sound the switches produce as you type is amazing! Theres no metal clangyness, just a deep muted thock that sounds very satisfying. It sounds like an enthusiast keyboard for sure.
- The switches themselves feel very good to type on. The weight feels right, atleast for me, and they feel very responsive.
- The setup of the keyboard is very easy, it works great right out of the box.
- The software is easy to use. It automatically flashes new firmware updates, and gives you a great control panel to play with different settings, like actuation point, and much more.
- The build quality of the keyboard feels very premium, as you would hope at this price point.
Cons:
- Some of the keys that have stabilizers (spacebar, enter, backspace), can sound quite bad compared to the other keys, as the stabilizers dont seem to be lubed very well. This is however easily fixable, with a syringe and some 205G0 lubricant, as you can lift the stabilizer heads, and inject a little more lube into where the wire and housing meet, and that will remove almost all of the bad sound produced by those keys.
- These keyboards are very sought after, so you may find yourself waiting for quite a while before you get the keyboard. However, if you have time to wait, its worth it!
Wootility Software: 10/10
80HE Keyboard: 8.5/10 (Had the stabilizers been lubed perfectly, easily 10/10 also.)
My order got canceled 2 times i dont know why trash site never order from this site

I just bought the WootingxOptimum tech colab keyboard (my second wooting keyboard) and it's amazing.
From start to finish, great experience, will buy again in the future especially if they release more Keyboard enthusiast projects!
DO NOT BUY!! terrible assistance!! I bought a 60HE and nothing arrived after months. I wrote to support and they told me to contact PosteItaliane (the courier that made the last journey to which the package was entrusted) I contacted and they told me to contact DHL, the main courier of the shipment. I contact DHL and they tell me to contact the sender, so I send another email and they explicitly ask me to report them and send the photo, after weeks of emails, (Bad assistance 5 days to reply to an email) I preferred to have spent €190 for nothing just to have to deal with them. Avoid it, buy other keyboards with rapid trigger, or buy them used on wallapop or immediately.
