That is the summary implied by the representative (Doris) I chatted with. She told me not to worry, that everything would be "OK." Just a few minutes later, every question I asked her got a response. And a few minutes after that, the program worked without a hitch. Whatever the malfunction was, those guys found it, solved it in the time it takes to solve a long division problem. The reassurance I got from Doris was well deserved. Everything, OK!

Bought a "LIFETIME PLAN" for their soundbot software advertised to be a one time payment, and it is automatically setup as a monthly payment :) Luckily paypal can easily cancel that shit

Had the somewhat mixed results using whatsmover products to try and restore cloud backup of WhatsApp to a new phone after the automatic restore inside of WhatsApp failed.
The wootechy app did not accomplish a restore either, so I requested a full refund.
My refund was 100%, and I can say that this company stands by its words.
Special thanks to the customer support agent Teresa for getting things sorted out.
Hopefully their app gets updated and the new version will be able to handle all the edge cases and assist people like me in getting a WhatsApp backup restored to a new phone.
