Application isn't working, customer support doesn't reply

I purchased the monthly android app and paid the full amount yet i'm not recognized as a premium user and can't use the full version of the application. Trying to reach customer service for 2 days now with no reply.

UPDATE:
customer service replied to my e-mail right after this review. Problem with premium account was resolved, yet again the application itself isn't helpful,doesn't work. Doesn't worth a cent.

Customer support was good, product less

I bought a software to deal with my Android phone.
The tool itself didn't do the work but Joe from customer support was able to help me get my full refund. I'm happy with the customer support from one side but on the technical part there is work to do...

False Advertizing

The ad said there was a 30-day money back guarantee. I was not satisfied with services on the first day, so I canceled. I have received no money back.

Nice products and Support Team

Amazing support staff!

I can't say enough about the tech support. Belinda was probably way too patient with me and she helped troubleshoot my problem every step of the way. They respond very quickly and stick with you until the problem is resolved. Very accommodating and helpful. Much appreciated!

I was quite hopeful that it would help…

I was quite hopeful that it would help to download backup from google drive. Wasted my 2 days over trying it. Even the logging was a lot of trouble. It logged in inside my gmail account but it did not show the drive files. I tried to download backup from phone directly. Again no use. waste of time. It connected the device and instead of downloading the backup it asked for payment to start the process. It should have been mentioned in the start that this app is paid for use.

Very fast service response time

didn't work, so got compensated back...

Had a hard time using the program, didn't work with my 2 devices. Got in touch with support, and was unable to resolve the issue, so got fully compensated. What more can you ask for? tried it, didn't work, so got my money back... no risk. Thx for resolving this the way you did Teresa

Refund issue

I had an issue after I signed up and didn't realize that they don't offer a MAC version, so I requested a refund as I was not able to use the service. Livia was kind and super attentive and the refund was issued the same day. I'm really busy and can appreciate actual customer service, which seems to be difficult for other companies to facilitate lately. Thank you Livia!

Great Customer Service

After purchasing lifetime access to iMoveGo as an SVIP I had issues with connecting to the PC app and using the IOS app afterward. After reaching out, a member of the support team; Chloe, promptly gave me steps to successfully connect to the PC app. They also offered a 30% partial refund on my purchase since the IOS app cannot be used currently but will be developed in the future.

Good customer support

I was misinformed what the product was capable of and after some explanation I received a full refund. Coco, whom I worked with, seems like an honest person to deal with. Be careful to understand what you are buying, a question to them asking specifically what you want it to do would be welcomed by them.
