Very easy to apply the only reason why I gave a 4 is because I could not access theportal to look at documents, however I asked for them to be sent in post which arrived 2 days later

Was good and got back to me fast

Was good and got back to me fast, easy to set blackbox dates, only bad thing was they kept messaging me asking to book my blackbox fitting when I had already completed.

Terrible

Terrible !

Been with them about 9 months now paid my money up front about £1500 . Had 10,000 miles of mileage and have went over them due to my job. Been trying to get ahold of them via phone calls and emails. No one has got back to me and the phone calls have been ridiculous- been stuck on hold for hours plus. And still no one has got back to me. Also had no contact on of how well I have been driving no emails , phone calls , texts which is worrying also.

Got a letter in a few months ago to tell me that they have gone bust. Heard nothing about that and I don’t even know if I have insurance which is worrying as I may not have my 1 year no claims.

I would not suggest going with this company
