Worst company EVER! I ordered a product from them in April of 2023. When it wasn't shipped by June, I requested the order be canceled and receive a refund. They take 5 days to respond to emails and have no contact number. They keep responding with " we apologize for the delay, the package will ship soon" I've sent 3 separate emails requesting they cancel the order and send a refund. This company is an absolute scam.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. They advertise and sell products that do not exist. Will not refund or respond to requests to cancel. They also lie and say that they will refund less a bank fee which is issued by the bank - untrue. Refer to Office of Fair Trade NSW.
I haven't even bought anything from there, but they keep sending me emails of an unfinished order. I don't have an account and I've contacted their support several times, but the spam keeps coming.
Don't ever buy from them. They're like a parasite that doesn't ever go away.

Never arrived. Had to bring a 3rd party in to let then deliver it too me
I waited 2 months in total. Once it arrived it was poorly packed and the item was damaged.
Order their video game console and never got it. Emailed the company several times and they gave me the run around. Reported them to the federal trade commission. I contacted my credit card to file a dispute to get my money returned but they say it can take up to a year. Do not order from them they are fraudulent.
Through a company named Woonico advertising on FB, on 2/21/23 I ordered a plush bed, paid extra for fast shipping, money was taken from account, confirmation email on purchase, emailed Woonico 3 separate times regarding my purchase and no response. It was a birthday gift for my grandson who needed a bed. Any help would be appreciated. What a shame.
