Giving a try with a ChiPoo with attitude!! Seems to be basic which I’d best for him. My goal is to successfully form a training foundation for my pup. This looks to be a winner🐾❤️

I keep getting charged for a subscription I cancelled ages ago. I deleted my account and the charges continue. I have contacted customer support various time, but the fraudulant billing keeps continuing.
Are you Woofz Academy or Woofz?
Signed up for a 'personalised' training plan for my 2 year old pooch after I saw an advert online and having used the app briefly when he was a pup decided to try again. Despite the lengthy form filling as to what he could and couldn't do and after signing up I received the same back to the start plan with none of the specialised personalised training advertised. It was back to the complete start, with advice to just fast forward everything that he knows or can do!! Time consuming!! Please be aware.... Woofz sends you no correspondence to recheck subscription plans or renewal costs so please screenshot when you sign up and they also don't send you reminders. I think they rely on people forgetting to cancel the initial trial Plan. It has so much potential to be a great app, if it offered options and choices to truly personalise training and by being more transparent with costs and renewals. Customer service advisers are quick to respond, but I should have had the information I needed already rather than having to rely on my memory viewing a sign up screen with small numbers crossed out! Also trying to cancel was confusing - 'depending on where you had signed up App or webpage' This could be more streamlined. Think they deliberately don't correspond and make it difficult in the hope you will forget to cancel subscriptions.
I am extremely disappointed with the way this company is handling my complaint about being charged for a subscription without my clear consent.
This is a classic example of a dark pattern — offering a free trial or one-month plan without making it clear that it will auto-renew, and with no easy or transparent option to cancel. I was charged unexpectedly, and when I contacted support, they acknowledged the issue and offered a 40% refund, admitting the situation was not ethical.
Frankly, the amount of back-and-forth communication just to be heard has been incredibly stressful. I now believe I should be refunded not only the latest charge, but also the initial subscription, as the service did not provide any real value or effective methodology.
This experience has been disappointing, frustrating, and feels exploitative. I am requesting a full refund and will proceed with a formal complaint to consumer protection authorities if not resolved.
