I recently made an accidental subscription and asked for a refund. They were responsive about it however, the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a delay in refund. It took 6 months for them to reply and I thought It was a hopeless case.

The allure of economic gain and is making purpose the new marketing tactic of choice through campaigns that are not real, in short very tricky. Promising of selling an item but it turns out of a subscription charge.

Went to buy a pram on this so called website that supposed to offer you great deals at cheap prices. However, upon attempting to purchase this pram, the website automatically signed me up for a membership/subscription service that charges you a ridiculous amount of money each month. Angry at this fact, i tried to cancel my account immediately and was told to wait 24 hours before doing so. Returning to the site 24 hours later, I cancelled my account or so I thought until they tried to change me again so that's when I lost it. I sent an angry email stating I wanted to cancel with no additional charges and received an email saying that my account would be cancelled and closed in 14 days with no extra charges.
I have recently received an email from this lady called Violet who contacted me and has since resolved the issue.
Well done Violet - 4 and a half gold stars for you.
Yes, you don't quite get 5, you get half a star. Make do with what you get.

Good communication but taking money out of account even after skipping it was not good.

Scammers. Thought I was buying a shoe rack. Subscribed taking £28 instead of £8.99 then took more money. My bank wouldn't canxel as they said they needed a code. Changed my bank card. Rang site they said I Subscribed. Stay clear of this site.

To be honest I joined the membership by accident and I needed to cancel my membership for the moment, but I will be back in the future as it seems like a place to get great offers.
I think it's the customer service that deserves the 5stars as I was helped by a lovely girl called Lizzy and she was very polite and really helpful and because the customer service is 5stars I wil be back in future to shop with them as I can trust that if I have a problem or need help I won't be ignored as most shops online have useless customer service and support
