Received a quote which I advised was not accepted.

Chaotic thereafter with emails trying to set up an appointment to give a quote and advising me my order had been sent to the factory.

After posting the above I had the below response from Woodstock Shutters. They appear to believe that their systems generating ‘spam emails’ is fine. I find their systems and below responce unacceptable.

Unfortunately the customer service was disappointing and unprofessional at times. We understood that our installation was held up several times by events outside of their control, but the communication was really poor, with automated emails and messages changing our appointments without further information, and conflicting information around appointment times being sent through. When we followed up with Lisa, the tone of the messages was odd and, at times, unprofessional. We are pleased with the shutters, but can't recommend the service. I wouldn't want to deal with them again.

Our second lot of shutters from this company, personable, reliable, excellent quality and service. Recommended to friends and family. Lovely shutters, reasonable price, added a touch of elegance to our home .. thank you Lisa and Jake

Just had my shutters fitted and they look fantastic and transformed my living room, I cannot recommend Jake and Woodstock Shutter Company highly enough. Brilliant service and a price too !

Absolutely love our shutters from Woodstock Shutter Company. We had shutters made for our bay window, and to say they transformed our home is an understatement.

Jake and Lisa were fantastic throughout the entire process; Jake is super knowledgable about the products they offer, and Lisa's very friendly and responsive.

Highly recommend and we'll be sure to use them again in the future!

I’m delighted with my shutters, a plus is that my kitchen and bathroom is so much warmer, and now look so smart.
Jake did a splendid job, very conscientious, his attention to detail, second to none.
I would certainly recommend Woodstock over a large firm any day, nothing like using local firms.

A great service from Jake at Woodstock. The shutters look wonderful and are great value for money and totally enhance my home. The fitting took 2 whole days and Jake worked like a trooper for 10-12 hours each day to complete. Only downside was the wait for the shutters to arrive. The 8-10 week estimate turned into a 13-14 week wait but being shipped from China there is not much control over when the ship docks.

We are really pleased! Best shutters in the whole county! Quicker than we expected, best price, the installation was perfect !! excellent so happy impeccable job! Highly recommended!

So far, we love our shutters. They are clean looking, making the room appear lighter and more spacious. They do not fully exclude outside light, but Woodstock explained this very accurately in advance. The consultation process was friendly but not overbearing/too time consuming and the shutters were fitted at our convenience. If i am still pleased in 3 months time, i will order more for other rooms!

Fantastic service and absolutely beautiful shutters. We shopped around and are so glad we went with Woodstock. It couldn’t have been easier to make payments, sort out a fitting date, the house was left immaculately and overall super, quality shutters! Jake is extremely knowledgable and lovely. We are very pleased with our new shutters, which transform the rooms and solve many years of problems with not quite getting it right on our two front bedrooms. Although the initial outlay is expensive, these were more reasonable than other quotes, and also are a very long term investment, so will pay for themselves over time. The ordering and fitting were very easy, and no mess at all afterwards, with courteous staff. Order soon though, as the wait time for us was nearly four months.....
