Daf and his colleague arrived on time and the job was completed without any stress. We had 2 multi fuel burners installed with a flu system as our chimney breasts were removed. Really please with the burners and service. Have already recommend this company

Absolutely fantastic service from Dafydd and Colin. We had a multi fuel stove installed, they were kind enough to remove the old fire surround. Very efficient and professional service. Having not had a multi fuel stove before, they explained everything well and made the whole experience very smooth. We would use again and we would absolutley recommend them to anyone looking for a wood or multi fuel stove. Excellent service.

Wow what can I say. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the installation of my log burner. Both of them worked perfectly together and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t have any problems with passing there details on the my friends and family. Thanks again

Really nice chaps who’ve done a great job! The wood burner package was fantastic and they couldn’t be beaten on price. Had to reschedule due to high winds (understandable ) but they got me still only days after! Super quick turnaround and good communication

A first I was a little worried as I found them on Facebook (which sometimes can be funny) but they sent over their OTEC licence and were genuine nice qualified chaps!

Just had my stove fitted by these guys. A bit of a tricky install but they got the job done through the rain and to a great standard. Informative and good communications. Also got me scheduled in quite quickly, and before even some other companies had replied to quote! I have recommended to a friend.

Well, I did say after my first installation that I would leave you guys some feedback. However, I’ve recently had my second burner installed and I have to give you guys credit. You came you installed and you left the place with a new and vibrant feeling. I ca t thank you enough. Oh and I’ve one or two customers lined up for you also. Keep up the good work.

It's been a long and frustrating experience using this Dafydd at Woodlands Fuel. After a series of excuses and no shows from Dafydd over a three 9 week period we've still not got the stove we paid £2500 for.

I also found out after paying the deposit that he's not HETAs registered so despite quoting and charging for the work to be signed off by HETAs, there is no way it can be. HETAs have confirmed this. If he is quoting anyone else stating that he is HETAs registered I recommend you contact HETAs as they can build a case to take action.

The communication is terrible and he's not answering or returning calls since missing the last two appointments when we've waited in all day.

I will now be issuing small claims court proceedings. It's a hassle, but also a point of principle.

I've reached out to a few other customers that have also experienced similar issues and we will be reporting him to Trading Standards with our experiences.

Dafydd and Colin were polite, punctual and provided a great service. Initially had my hearth quote just before Christmas with fitting booked for the 3rd January. Both turned up on time, cut and fitted the hearth with no problems. I then had a quote for a Woodburner and oak mantal and was given a fitting date. Communication with dafydd throughout was great, I was given a further 2 dates prior to the original fitting date, the one I was not able to attend but the 2nd fitted in perfectly so I was able to get the Woodbridge installed sooner than expected.

Also, a thanks for Colin for fixing one of the roof tiles whilst up there 👍🏾 .

Will certainly be using again, thanks again Both.

From start to end Mr emery was polite and got the job done to the best standard my wood fire is amazing

Very nice couple of guys, helpful and informative.
Overall very happy with the finished product the boys did a fantastic job.
I dont think they'd be beaten on price either.

Only downfall, there was an issue with communications. I did struggle to get hold of them. Thats why ive only given 4 stars.

If they rectified this issue theres no reason why they shouldn't receive 5 stars.

Dafydd and Colin both very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Fitted a flu,burner and hearth. Very good eye for detail. We are very happy customers, would recommend woodlands fuel to anyone for burner instalation. Thank you both.

We are very pleased with our new stove install. Dafydd & Colin gave a lovely friendly & Professional service with aftercare advice. We did have to wait a week for the beam to dry out before it could be installed, but they came back and installed this with no hassle . Would recommend to family & Friends.
