No response to several emails, and have been calling their phone # for both sales and customer service to no avail (855) 966-3465

I have read in many places that a handful of artist have not been paid royalties for sales attached to their works. That is what you call fraudulent. I recommend having your own art or pictures printed on wood done by Bay Photo or DuraPlaq in Longmont Colorado

I ordered two prints from Woodinked in December as Christmas presents. Not only was the communication and customer service top notch throughout the sale, but shipping was prompt and the finished products were great. One of my prints was from a photo taken with an iPhone 5 and the other from a Nikon D5100 at the highest settings, and both look fantastic.

I would highly recommend.

Wood pictures look really good - but it wasn't easy to order them. In general good website. And fresh idea.

I thought it was interesting how they put pictures on wood, I had to try it. Wow when I got it and opened it, looking at the picture I cried because it was gorgeous.

This company charged my credit card same day, and has never responded to any email I have sent. They have never answered the phone one time after weeks if trying to reach them. No one works here, just processes your payments!

It is clear that Woodinked specializes in only wood prints, because it shows in the beautiful quality of their product. I am so happy with the way the grain shows through making my print unique without being distracting. Also, their live chat customer service was extremely helpful and great benefit to using Woodinked!

I found Woodinked by doing an online search for an anniversary present. I read other great reviews and decided to order a photo on wood. When the photo I initially wanted didn't have good resolution, the owner contacted me and explained the problem. We worked together to find a great photo that would look great on the wood and it was completed and shipped quickly. The finished product was amazing! If you are looking for a unique gift or just something special to hang up, this is a great idea.

After an exhaustive search to find the product I was looking for I had initially "settled" on Woodinked however as I read more about them and the processes they used I really was excited to try their services. The design process was good there could have been a few more options available such as a glossy option however it was a smooth system for design/ordering. Then I had made my purchase on Black Friday and they still had the order processed and ready to ship in three business days and if it wasn't for the freak snow/ice storm the purchase would have shipped within 2 days. I also contacted customer service (since it was a Christmas Gift purchase) to verify the order was processed and that there were no issues. I received a response back within 30 minutes which was very polite and to the point no fluff or dodging of questions. They explained there was a delay because due to the storm they had shut down production for a day to allow their staff to stay safe at home for the day. Got to love a company that looks out for its people and answers customer questions honestly and directly. After receipt of the product it was gorgeous and just as unique in person as I imagined when designing it on their order page. I love the idea and the quality of service. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!

We were looking for something a little bit different for our recent photos and this perfectly hit the mark. The photos are vivid, but with the grain showing through, have a unique style that really looks great. Great quality and great customer service.

My husband and I had been searching for the perfect picture to hang above our bed. We wanted something simple, sleek and something that no one else had. We came across woodinked and knew immediately that we had found the perfect idea. Our woodinked photo is of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco which is where we honeymooned. Our bedroom is very traditional, and the woodinked style gave it a little modern edge. IWe always gets lots of compliments when people come to visit. The quality is amazing for the price. You will not be disappointed!

Before ordering my picture on wood, customer service was very responsive in answering my questions, both via email and phone. Placing the order online was simple and my picture arrived 4 days later. And it looks even better than I expected!
