The price of my items
The price of my items, excellent, easy to order, very satisfied and I will be purchasing items from your company again.
There was a problem with the courier, Royal Mail, as I was informed that the item was on its way and would be delivered 16th July between 10.50 am and 1.30pm. No delivery, it was a surprise gift, their tracking system process is useless asit kept on telling me the same message over and over again. I could not give this gift personally as I had other commitments.
Royal Mail informed me today that it been delivered, to late for me to pass on my gift.

Ordered 2 bandsaw blades but put the wrong address on. Emailed them to cancel the order and was promptly cancelled. Re ordered with correct address and was very quickly dispatched. The only problem was Royal Mail delivery took a week.
No wonder people are not using them when other companies can deliver the next day.
