Just wanted to review wood floor warehouse at Warrington. My floorer Mark Earnshaw from ME Flooring was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, he was able to fit us in at short notice and work with us when we needed to have extra prep work done. He is a first class fitter and we could recommend him enough. So thanks to everyone, I now have a great looking floor and couldn’t be happier 🤗🤗🤗

I orderedLVT flooring due to the claimed durability. Builder opened the boxes and 3 out of 5 were really damaged- contacted customer service who reordered replacements but werent able to guarantee a delivery date which isnt very helpful when you have a very small fraction of your room complete and a builder to pay. The flooring itself looks nice but is very very flimsy which probably contributed to the extent of the damage. I wont be using them again

Really poor customer service!!
I ordered two boxes of laminate, the delivery charge was high but decided to pay- they contacted me after to say they need more money because of where I live (even though I’m on the mainland!) it would take it to £40 delivery!!
I requested a refund and 3 weeks later I have not received despite several emails/attempts to contact. Will have to go through PayPal dispute.

I don't often write reviews but I felt it was only right after the great customer service from Meghan in the Bangor store. When we ran short on wood she arranged delivery of extra boards from England. When the delivery was on the way, she also got in touch to see if it would be easier to deliver directly to our home. This saved us a lot of hassle going to the store and it was a personal gesture I don't think you would get from many large companies.

Just want to say that the whole experience was effortless, quick and very pleasant indeed. The wife and I have been toying with what to do with our hall floor but also wanted no great expense. We went online and were instantly spoilt for choice but had narrowed it down to the style we wanted. We went to the bangor branch and I for one couldn't fault the way we were dealt with. The vast choice that is online was also on show in the shop. The style we went for which was herringbone, I had always just wanted to see how it would look instead of a few pieces put together and asked the chap in the store of this, his response was "your standing on it" and there it was. Loved the way each part of the shop floor had the different choices just to give you an idea of how it would look. Sold! He then made it effortless in the amount needed along with the extra things that are also required for the flooring and the next thing we knew it was in our car. All in all it didnt break the bank. I'm not the DIY kind of a guy and I was then recommended a couple of fitters by the Wood Floor Warehouse. The recommended fitter did an absolute sterling job and made the whole experience very pleasant indeed. I couldn't recommend the whole team enough and I hope through out these dampen times, they all get through it safely and that the business keeps growing stronger than ever before.

Fantastic range of flooring, and cheaper than the high street shops by quite a lot. Customer service was 1st class, cannot praise the staff enough, from browsing to delivery they were exceptional.

Went into Bangor store, staff very helpful, the choice was second to none. Didn't feel pressured into buying there and then, was given samples to take home to compare with my furniture. Had almost every floor in stock--I couldn't believe the size of their warehouse! They were able to recommend fitters for us too so everything went seamlessly. Couldn't fault a thing.

Stress free service! The samples I requested arrived promptly. The girls in the office we're really friendly and helpful as I wasn't sure what I wanted. Ordered online, website was easy to use. So pleased with my new floor! My living room has been transformed. Great Value - would definitely recommend.

Bought new floor for living room from website, was able to get everything I needed with discount on all the accessories. Floor was easy to install and the wife loved it, only downside is she now wants the rest of the house done!

Overall very pleased with the Service, Price and Quality of my new floor, and experience with Wood Floor Warehouse. The girls in the office were very helpful, and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend.

I ordered laminate flooring from them through the well known auction site. After completing the transaction, which was listed as FREE POSTAGE, I received a request for an additional £28 delivery! The auction site strongly advised me that I should not pay this. Following their advice, I refused to pay the additional fee and they cancelled my order. Be warned!

Had everything I needed and delivered on time.

Placed an order for 8sq.M white oak solid wood flooring on Wednesday 29th April, was told that it would be ready for collection next day at the Bangor store. With covid19 restrictions in place I thought this may be optimistic. Later that day I received an email asking which pickup time slot I would like, with a list of morning and afternoon slots to choose from. I didn’t pick that email up until after business hours but responded asking for the 10:00 slot. I received a call the following morning at about 08:45advising that the 10:00 slot had already been taken, and was asked to select another which could have been 15 mins either side of my selected slot. On arrival, my order was selected, sat on a trolley waiting to be loaded into my vehicle. The staff member at the loading bay politely explained and apologised that due to distancing requirements he couldn’t help me to load the packages in. All in an excellent service, despite difficult times for trading. This will be the 5th but smallest room in my home that I have done with flooring from WFW over a ten year period, maybe they are the cheapest place in town, maybe the most expensive, frankly I don’t care, I go there because the service is great, they always have what I need in stock, and their advice is given freely and is always on-point. Just got to wait 2 weeks for the boards to acclimatise, then get them fitted - maybe give the room a coat of paint while I wait!!!!

Attempted to place an order for £600. Ticked the box adding home delivery to every item. Went to place order and a ehopping £60 added at the checkout.
Contacted via webchat and a very arrogant guy said it was transparent. Then admits it is added at the checkout!
When i ask for assistance with this unexpected charge, I'm told there's a 10% off accessories and if i order more it works out cheaper. What a response...how hilarious and such poor customer service.
So i decide to look at Trust Pilot and find that 27% give a 1 star rating!
Looks like i had a lucky escape. Seems like a company to avoid, goodness knows what would be the response if there was a problem after ordering.

UPDATE I never asked for FREE delivery. I reasonably asked if there was any room for assisting with the delivery cost. .even a small gesture, knowing the size of the order would have meant a lot. Good customer service and valuing your customers goes a long way

FURTHER UPDATE
So this company is appealing for this review to be disallowed but are misquoting my chat conversation! At no point in this conversation did I ask for FREE delivery. An additional £60 was a shock I wasn't prepared for. The website has the option to click "home delivery" as you add each item to the cart. You can review the cart and your order spend, so naturally you assume this includes the home delivery you've opted for! Getting to checkout, you enter the address and bang £60 delivery charges are added.
Had the company offered a discount, say £20 then I would have decided it was trying and was hot on customer service. They didnt and now they are lying. It paints a picture that others need to be aware of.

Haven't laid the floor yet but from a customer service pov we had great treatment from sales staff snd the delivery driver
