Ordered a tortoise desktop for our Hermans - terrible communications on when it will arrive - cracked glass - asked for a replacement but after numerous emails to Piotr (Peter, owner) with no reply - would not recommend this company - I've now got a new enclosure with a cracked glass and no way (seemingly) of getting this sorted :(
I’m editing a previous review, in which I left believing this site was a scam. The product has now been delivered and is of good quality however there was no response to any email, this has been a significantly long time between the order and the delivery - overall, the end product was exactly what I wanted however the wait was long with no communication. The company does state that it was dissolved on companies house in 2023.
Paid for the tortoise table and express delivery and have heard diddly squat since. No reply to my email, didnt answer my call, left unanswered on whatsapp and not heard anything back from filling out the form on the website under 'contact us'. Thinking its a scam
Also unsure why it has been marked as an unprompted review. The prompt for the review is ive paid for the order and its not been delivered and ive had no responses
