A piece is missing, I'm waiting for replacement since February. They're not answering emails anymore.

Slightly slow shipping.
All puzzles have a strong smell of burnt wood, would be probably better to leave them airing longer before boxing them.

I received an error format product with A3 size instead A4 as ordered. No replay to three mails to your customer service. Very bad experience.

Salve io attualmente non posso giudicare la qualità del puzzle perché non l'ho ancora ricevuto ed è questo il problema perché è da 25 giorni che ho pagato ed il tracking mi comunica che il pacco è ancora in mano al corriere locale. Ho scritto più volte ma non mi ha risposto nessuno per darmi un data di ricezione. Questa è ad oggi la mia esperienza.

I ordered la the cat puzzle but received an email confirmation of the fox. Immediately, I wrote back and received a response that the order was correct, the fox. After three emails and over two weeks for delivery, the wrong item was came. Other emails got no response! Although company has Italian website, items are shipped from China. Shipped info was incorrect and couldn’t be traced for delivery date. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Thrilled my wife who loves these puzzles, It's her second and may become one of her many creative hobbies

Shipment was quick and the puzzles were just amazing

The box was not as advertised and the pieces had a very strong smell when they arrived.

It took more then two weeks to arrive but now I can say : wonderful !!!!!

I had problems with the delivery and I can't get any information

I bought two puzzles. One of the two has faded colors and the pieces do not even remotely resemble those shown on the site.
I wouldn't buy it back.

Perfect delivery, perfect product

There wasn't a date for the delivery, so i don't know when the puzzle arrive. It takes 2 weeks.
