We live in a Queen Anne house and the planning restrictions are very demanding.
Ben understood exactly what we needed and made us the most beautiful replacement French doors. The craftsmanship, the finish and the fitting process were all exemplary.
But Ben made all the difference. His obvious love of his trade and his care and professionalism were so impressive. He is as proud of the doors as we are delighted.

I honestly can't recommend Woodcock Sash Windows highly enough. From first contact through to completion of my project (supply and installation of three Victorian style sash windows), it was a pleasure to work with them. The quality of the work is exceptional, the guys were a pleasure to have on site, and having seen the amount of work involved in actually fitting them I can definitely see why they cost what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. True craftsmen.

Ben made me a beautiful and sturdy stable door. Both he and his fitter have been a delight! I couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and the service!

We recently had three casements replaced by Ben, Matt and Mike at Woodcock Sash Windows.
They were great to work with and the new windows have transformed the feel of our house, whilst maintaining the integrity of the original appearance.
They deserve a special mention for the care taken to replicate the radial curve of a first storey bay cill, and the gentle slope of two other casement cills. These period details are often simplified into easier-to-manufacture angular sections and the aesthetic of the original window is lost. This attention to detail set Woodcocks apart and is why I heartily recommend them.

End to end awesome service from Ben and Matt at Woodcock Sash Windows! We had our new front door installed in August/September last year and the quality of the product (and installation) has 100% proven itself this winter. Ben and Matt were super flexible, offered ideas but also a healthy dose of realism which is very useful when you are a first time door buyer! Very responsive and kind too, so much so that we recommended them to our neighbour who also bought a door from them. Highly recommend this company!

Ben was recommended to us by our architect when we were looking for bi-fold French doors for our kitchen extension. She told us he had an ‘exceptional product’ so we were excited to work with him on the project. From our first meeting Ben was really informative, talking us through the different options / designs. Fast forward to install day and we were completely blown away, the doors completely exceeded our expectations. Ben and Matt are friendly, warm and professional. They are truly masters of their craft and we cannot believe we have something so stunning in our home. They are worth every single penny and the wait, we would have them again 10 times over. We are truly delighted and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bespoke quality product with the wow factor.

I highly recommend Woodcock Sash Windows. Ben explained what was needed to get our 4M high sash windows opening properly and came up with a plan to get them sorted. The installation by Ben and Matt went smoothly and they went above and beyond by replacing the existing cordage of the windows and even helped fix one of the curtain rails. Our windows now glide open smoothly and we are very happy with the service.

Woodcock Windows produced a beautiful, high-quality set of bifold doors for our kitchen-diner that really make the space! Ben and Matt were really polite and friendly as well as clean and efficient, which we also really appreciated.

I wholeheartedly recommend Woodcock Sash Windows. Suppliers make similar claims and it is hard to judge which will deliver, but having spoken to Ben Woodcock over the phone I was confident he was someone I could trust - and so it proved. I commissioned three sash windows and a casement window. Ben was communicative, understanding and flexible folding in with a building project which was not without its wrinkles. When another contractor let me down and some additional finishing work was required around the windows, Ben and his team stepped in and did the work for no extra charge even though it was not his responsibility. This sort of commitment to customer satisfaction is a rare thing indeed these days, and it is so comforting to work with someone who really cares - the benefit of working with an owner-managed business. I am delighted with the overall result and will be sure to use Woodcock Sash Windows again if I have work with windows or doors.

Excellent sash window repair. Well explained what I was paying for and the work was undertaken in a timely manner by staff who knew what they were doing and tidied up nicely.
