Visited the Broadway shop for the first time, lovely choice of clothing. Trish who helped me was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Nothing pushy at all.
I will certainly come back.

No stock after order placed online!
Although we placed an order online and paid for the goods, we were informed the next day that there was no stock - website needs to be up to date and not allow orders to be placed if no stock

I apologise for the fact that on this occasion, we could not fulfil your order. At the time we were in the middle of a complex transition between stock systems which unfortunately caused some of our stock levels to update incorrectly. As your order was placed before we managed to fully correct all of these discrepancies, our website believed there to be stock of your item which is why the sale was processed. We accept that this was our error which is why we promptly processed a full refund back to you.
I hope this has given you a little more explanation and I can assure you that moving forward, our stock levels on our website will be correct and up to date.
