quality service with quality stoves

If you are looking for a stove company that gives you quality service and also quality stoves this is the place to go.AR PEET throughout our dealings with them were excellent in all areas giving solid advice during the sale to fitting. We opted for the woodwarm contempory 5kw stove and i was even given a demonstration of it in action. A fitter was suggested who used the same professional attitude that AR PEET use and fitted my stove to perfection and respected my property. If your thinking of installing a stove check these guys and gals out you cant go wrong.

Professional and friendly service, excellent stove.

Delighted with my order of a woodburning stove - I chose the Parkray 5. Overall a hassle free and friendly experience. I had some queries ahead of deciding, which were promptly answered, a call to confirm delivery date and the stove delivered on time. I have since had it installed and absolutely love it. Thank you Richard and the team, one very happy customer here.

SCAM! AVOID!!!

Owner Richard Musgrove is running a scam, he will not answer his phone and only responded to my email to string me along when my bank investigated. As stated on his website they accept cancellations, I have tried to cancel multiple times. I have also called and emailed and used their contact form. This man has stolen over £800 off me. I wish I had searched for reviews, I suspect that any of these positive reviews he has made himself. AVOID! Nothing good can come from ordering from this company. It is disgusting that it is allowed to continue.
